Charlottesville is a beautiful town. There are lots of restaurants, shopping, parks, walking trails, and of course beautiful homes. Charlottesville is surrounded by some wonderful Counties as well, including Greene, Fluvanna, Orange, and Nelson just to name a few. We are located in Central Virginia, we are just a 90 min drive to the United States Capitol, Washington D.C. and about 3 hours to Virginia Beach. Surrounded by mountains, the beauty of this town is incredible, just drive up to Pantops Mountain and take it all in. The home of Thomas Jefferson is just a few minuets drive from anywhere in town and James Madison's home is only about a half hour away if you're a history buff. If you love unique shops, check out the Downtown Mall. The downtown mall has a movie theatre, ice skating park, The Paramount Theatre, great food for any taste, a childrens museum, an huge entertainment venue for music during the warmer months, and some of the most unique stores you could ever find. You can usually find street vendors with lots of gifts like jewelry, clothing, and a whole variety of items.
